Is there a banner ad manager in FP 2003 ?

I can't find it on the web component.

Yes, but they've buried it.

Right click on the toolbar: Custimize | Commands | Insert | Banner Ad

Microsoft is discouraging use of the Banner Ad Manager
becuase it only works if each Web visitor has a Java
Virtual Machine installed on their computer. And Windows
XP no longer includes a Java Virtual Machine.
