File download link

This is probably a pretty simple question, but I can't
find a post on the topic yet.

How do I make a file downloadable when a client clicks a
link? I want them to click the 'Download Rules' and it
should prompt them to save it on their machine.

Hi Brent,

You can "zip" the file, import the zipped file into your web, create a link
to the zipped file, then when anyone clicks on the link they will be
presented with the download dialogue box.
