web site publishing errors

=?Utf-8?B?cm9kY2hhcg==?=

4/2/2004 3:55:00 PM

I recently tried to update my web site, when I went to
publish the changes, it said no server is found at my web
site address. I just loaded it the previous week...no I
can't. It says there may be a problem with the server or
port 80, does anyone know the settings to use when
publishing through a dial up connection? Thanks for any
help you can be!
