How to Setup VB COM DLL in your .NET Application
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1. Register the DLL ---> C:> regsvr32 vUEncDec.dll

Step 2. In VS, click Add Reference (COM components). Browse To
vUEncDec.dll

You can not add reference if the DLL was not registered in
Step 1
because if can't find the type library.

This will create the interop.XXXXmethod.dll assembly

Step 3. Create a Setup Project
- add the VUencDec.dll in the project output (e.g. \release)
- this will create dependency automatically

- In Setup project Add the project output ( dlls will be
detected)

- Change other properties.

- Try to install (msi will be run). NOTEL: Vuencdec.dll will
be
registered (like regsvr32 Vuencdec.dll

- If you Uninstall the Vuencdec.dll will also be unregistered

Believe it or not, I have indeed heard some liberals say this.

It was liberals who ended slavery you dolt. It was the southern
conservatives who wanted to continue it because it was good for
business, and were willing to destroy the nation in order to do so.

Wrong. Southerners couldn't reconcile their view of an agrarian society
with the North's rising industrial capitalism. Using the term "liberal"
here is also a mistake since the phrase did not mean the same thing in the
1860s that it does today.

Ain't that just like a leftist?

Dare oppose their radical ideology and you'd be better off not even
being born...

Look at the racist venom they spew at blacks when they show the
unmitigated gall to vote for or promote conservatism (the REAL
American liberalism) -- just a few months ago, hoardes of lefties
gathered in So. Cal to protest capitalism and they were only too eager
to look straight into a video camera and call for SCOTUS Justice
Clarence Thomas' "lynching" and "enslavement". Sec. Of State Condi
Rice was called a "House Ni**er"...same for Dr. Thomas Sowell, Dr.
Walter Williams, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, Dr. Alan Keyes, Gen. Colin
Powell, to name but a few of the more esteemed, accomplished African-
Americans who are regularly slurred by "progressives"...

'Insane' doesn't begin to describe the mindset of these racist, left-
wing, would-be totalitarians....

Although it does shed light on how their 20th-century counterparts
managed to butcher over 100 million people in their psychotic attempts
to impose various socialist "utopias".
