Help! urgent! Mode and Modeless Form Questions in C# COM !

I implement a UI module by C# COM, this module is called by C++ module.
There is a question , that when in C# module show mode form, UI is normal,
but when in C# modul show modeless form, UI is abnormal and don't active.
Why?
