[ANN] XDCC-Fetch 1.386

Wohoo! XDCC-Fetch 1.386 is available, and now also via ruby-gems.
This release contains a lot of gui enhancements, and stability
improvements.

You can install it with ruby-gems:

gem install xdcc-fetch

Or download here:
