Error installin MMIT

Hi,

I have problem installing Mobile Internet Toolkit.I get the following
error message while installing it.

"Setup has detected an incompatible version of the Microsoft.net
framework. The Mobile Internet Toolkit cannot be installed at this
time"

I have windows 2000 advaced server with .net framework sp2 installed on
it. PLease help. thanks in advance.
