keyboard wedge

Is there a way to read a keyboard wedge device connected
to the PS/2 port? This device is a magnetic stripe reader.

As the .NET Framework is one more abstraction layer above hardware and windows,
there is no support for specific devices.

Please find all the vendor specifications and
understand the Win32/C++ samples first.
Then you can try to port the code to .NET.

Often, a keyboard wedge simply provides
the same key press codes/events like any keyboard,
may be with some prefix codes.
