According to the log this is the problem:
DepCheck indicates WIC Installer is not installed.
Its not a security issue got all the rights needed (gleaned of other posts).
I downloaded WIC and installed it and I still get this error.
And yes I uninstalled EVERYTHING that was remotely connected to dotnet exept
for FX 1.1 then reinstalled VS 2005 Professional and then tried to install FX
3 but to no avail.
Any Ideas?
