can i install IIS with Xp home edition??

I know there is an unofficial procedure to install INTERNET INFORMATION
SERVICES on windows xp home edition.

But there is a passage in wich i can't continue: the folder c: \WINDOWS\INF
in my pc is not present.
anyone knows what is the problem and if there is a solution?^?

Because it is not supported by Microsoft I would not recommend you to Google
on ""IIS on windows xp home" ;-)
