Windows CardSpace

I installed Microsoft.NET Framwork 3.0 on my Windows XP Pro system FAT32.

I found a new item in my control panel called Windows CardSpace. It requires
NTFS to work.

So, is Framework 3.0 useless under FAT32? And, how can I remove the Windows
CardSpace from my control panel (tweakUI doesn't do it)?
