Redistributable question

We just got a patch to the .NET Framework.

Has the redistributable been updated to reflect this patch? As a
software developer I can't be installing the redistributable and then
expecting that the user is going to patch. Do I have to patch them
while I install?

hi

Any kind of redistributable must be placed in your install package and ur
install must laydown these redistributable to the client machines.

Yes I understand that we must laydown the redistributable. The question
is has the redistributable been updated or will it be updated to reflect
the recent patches to it. As we install the software and laydown the
redistro we will then be required to run Windows Update one more time to
get the framework patched. This will add a lot to the installation.
