Shortcut for Html Help 2? (Urgent!

Hi,

I want to add a shortcut for Help (Html Help 2) of a product.
This shortcut need to call a command line as below:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Help\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://Product_Help



How I can do that with Setup project in IDE2003?
