If I attempt to start a New Project --> Visual Basic --> Smart Device --> any
of the Smart Device Templates .... I get the following error:"Error HRESULT
E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.".
What is the cause of this problem and how to fix it?
Also is there a template specific for New Web --> Mobile Devices?
