Create a patch

Hello,

is it possible to create a patch file? Does anybody know good resources
(tutorials) for creating setup projects in VS 2005?

As a general comment, it can be tricky to create msp patches based on Visual
Studio setup projects. The recommended update method is the
RemovePreviousVersions mechanism.
