Hi
I have encountered a security problem with ODBC.NET. I have a web
application using odbc.net to connect to Sybase. When I access the webpage
with a user with administrator rights on the webserver, everything works
fine. When I access the web page with a user with only Guests right, the
database connection fails. I checked the Microsoft.Data.ODBC.dll and it
already has full trust for user, machine and enterprise policy levels. What
am I missing here? I would like to allow any user to come to the webpage and
the odbc.net connection should work for all of them.
Any help is appreciated
