Ups:
Normal User:
$ echo `gem env gemdir`/gems/sources-0.0.1
/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/sources-0.0.1
^^^^
=> file or directory doesn't exist
Root:
$ echo `gem env gemdir`/gems/sources-0.0.1
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/sources-0.0.1
=> exists
Where can I change the "gemdir"?
Perhaps this is because I have my current Ruby installation in "/usr",
but the library of an older Ruby installation still "rests" in
"/usr/local/lib".
Thanks for your help,
Stefan
