odbc Error with DB2 and StarSQL

Hi ,

I am using starSQL to connect to a DB2 table from the ASP.NET page. When I
give the conncetion string through the DSN like

ConnString = "DSN=MV2BD;uid=sa;pwd=xed"

When I try to open the connection i get the following error message

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLALLOC HANDLE on SQL_HANDLE_ENV
Failed...

Any help would be appreciated...
