Hello everyone,
we were having a strange problem the other day.We were
testing an .NET remoting based application with the client
running on one machine and the database layer on other
machine.We used remoting to connect the client application
to connect to the server which was on the internet using
an ISDN connection.Now our problem is that if we run the
client executable on a win2000 server based machine then
it works fine.But when the client is run on a win 2000 pro
based machine then the data access fails and nothing is
retrieved while the server is constantly on the internet
can anyone help us out on that
