Unable to install MMIT

I am getting following Installation error.
Incompatible version of .NET frame work found.To avoid
this error what version of .NET frame work I have to
install.To install new version what are the steps I have
to follow.

You have to install a matching build of MMIT and VS.NET. HAve you had
multiple version of .NETDFX in your machine?

Currently my machine is having release candidate of .NET
for this version of .NET framework what could be the exact
matching of MMIT

MMIT have a matching build for each build of VS.NET, What is happening is
that you need to get the right MMIT Build for your VS.NET installation.
What release candidate do you have?
