I have downloaded the ODBC.NET Data Provider from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/... onto my XP
Professional PC and when I try to run it, it states;

"This installation package could not be opened.
Contact the application vender to verify that it
is a valid Windows Installer Package"

Is this an XP security issue, an Installer issue, or what?
