Time Picker

I'm trying to build a time picker and I have no idea how to do this using
C#. Any help will be most appreciated.

There's a commercial (with free version) downloadable control for
picking BOTH Date and TIME
at http://ajaxw...

If you have "no idea" where to start with building your own I suggest
you use that one ... ;)
