pdf output from instiki on OSX

There is a page on the Instiki wiki about getting pdf output to work (
http://www.instiki.org/show/Insta... ) but it only seems to cover
Linux (rpm-based and gentoo). I'm wondering how to get it to work on OSX.
I have Instiki installed on a linux machine and the 'PDF' and 'TeX' links
are on the bottom of every page, but I don't see them on OSX so I'm
assuming I need to install something to enable them.
