Hi all,

The Win32 Utils team is happy to announce the release of
win32-shortcut 0.1.0.

What is it?

An interface for creating and/or modifying shortcuts on MS Windows.
This is largely a port of the Win32::Shortcut Perl module by Aldo
Calpini.
