I didn't even think of that!

I have never used rubyw.exe and it did not show up in any of my searches on
any list or on Google for what I was looking for. If it would have I
probably would have used it!

It wasn't a total loss, I now understand how to use the Win32API properly.

Why not use rubyw.exe as the interpreter?
