Memory problem using sockets

Hi All,

I am trying to create a chat application from a few days finally i got this code and tutorial from http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnadvnet/html/vbnet08...
when i run this application everything run well but i noticed that this application's server version taking a lot of system memory, everytime client comes and goes it increases the application's memory usage and never come down. Is there any solution for it? Plz help. Thanks in advance. And if there's no solution for it then i think Microsoft really sucks how can they provide an article like this on MSDN.
