I'm attempting to create a SQL 2005 cache dependency, however I've
read in various places that extensive permissions must be granted to
the sql user (CREATE PROC, CREATE QUEUE, etc). Does anyone have any
idea why and what the possible alternatives are? There' no way my DBA
is going to buy into that for an application user.
