Hi everyone,
We have a Turkish character problem in some of our portal clients. Although
their Windows settings, regional settings, IE encoding settings are same with
others and although they have no problems with viewing Turkish characters in
EP and no character problems in any Office programs, they experience
characters set problem in their enterprise portal forms. After they edit
turkish characters and submit the form successfully, "i" and "Ä°"and "Ä?"
characters become "?".
Does anyone hase any exprience on that subject?
