For example, I have Windows Form application hosting a remotable object.
And I want the hosted remoted call a function after the remote client
called the it.

so basically you want to have the remote object call functions in the
form that aren't part of a remote object? The easiest way to do that
is to create the remote object in the application first, then
'marshal' it into remoting. That way when you first create the remote
object, you can place a reference to (in your case) the form
application so that you can call it later when a remote call comes in.

A tourist fare card (temp. EZ-link card) cost only
$1 and is refundable.
Is there justification to charge $5 fee for the EZ link
card ?

People who travel on buses and MRT are the poor
Singaporeans the students and workers. To these
people, $5 means they have to forgo two meals.

The government should put a stop to such unscrupulous
extortion by SMRT and SBS. There is no justification
for collecting a $5 fee from poorest of Singaporeans.
