Where is DataViewer?

Hello everybody.

Some time ago( In Beta 2 times ) I downloaded from MS website very useful
utility written by Sam Carpenter called DataViewer. Now then I upgraded my
.NET Framework to RTM it stoped working. I searched all MS websits trying to
find it with No luck.
Does anybody know where it can be.
