Mapping Native SQL Server errors to SQL State

I need to manage a single routine to handle errors.
The errors can be native SQL Server or ODBC SQL States.
I would like to map the native SQL Server errors to ODBC SQL States.

Is there a place qhere I can find a mapping table?
