I just upgraded to 1.8 (My app is a fairly important testing system,
so I wanted to wait until things had settled down a bit), and I found
out that the bug that was found (and *patched*) in ruby-talk:28361 is
still there! Is there a reason it didn't get fixed, or did it just
fall through the cracks, and I should resubmit it?
