I've been playing with yet another alternative. I've got my subscription
piped to an email to RSS translator. Anyone can read this list in an RSS
aggregator by pulling the feed from http://mailbucket.org/rub...

Because of restrictions on mailing lists (and a lousy required email
client) at work, RSS is a good way for me to lurk.
