I've been trying to use the PrintPreviewDialog and found it to be very, very
slow. I though maybe it was just my coding, but I also downloaded the sample
print preview code from MSDN magazine vol 18 no 2 and it too was very slow.
By slow I mean 10s of seconds just to show 2 pages. I am using a network
printer and an XP Professional computer. Are new print drivers needed?
