D-Link 900 output to pocket pc/mobile device

Hi
I have used the below given applet code

in a web site and it displays output from a d-link camera
the application is an asp .net 2.0 web application
Now I want to use it for a pocket pc/mobile phone, but i am not be
able to display it.
Is there any alternative to do so in order to show the web camera [d-
link 900] output in the mobile phone
