How to download files from Mobile web page to pocket pc using vb.net

Hi people
Could any one advise me on How to download files from Mobile web page to pocket pc using vb.net CF
I am using webclient.download("source URI", "Filename").. but comming out with an error path not found.
Any insight'd be greatly appreciated.
