ruby 1.9.1 RPM for CentOS/RHEL4 is now available

I've just posted our ruby 1.9.1p129 src.rpm for CentOS/RHEL4. I'm
intentionally not posting binary packages, since many people will
probably want pthread support (enabled by default) but doing so breaks
tcltk support.
