I was a little apprehensive myself, when my lady passenger at such an
event said, while I was braking at the entrance to Riverside
International Raceway's famous Turn Six, "I knew I shouldn't have
eaten first!".
I've done all the track stuff, and will likely do some more, but that
doesn't preclude large doses of (safe and sane) joy doing the back
country roads, at any speed; I enjoy the settings and sensations as
much at a camper-set 35 MPH as much as any other.
