.net framework error

I tried many different solutions posted on this forum and others and
none of them helped me. I ended up formatting my computer.

After formatting my computer a few weeks later I had this very same
error again... I ended up using a <a
href="http://www.pc-kitchen.com"&g... Cleaner</a> program called <a
href="http://www.pc-kitchen.com">PC-Kit... RegistryCleaner</a> and
the problem went away... hope somebody sees this before formatting their
computer.
