How can I check framework version ?

Hello,

Of course, I know I have framework 2 SP1 installed. But I what to know what
are all the framework hotfixes installed.

Do you mean hotfixes or interim updates available through WU?
AFAIK, hotfixes for any product are provided only on specific request, and
are not provided or installed automatically.
So, you can be pretty sure that you don't have all available hotfixes.

Yes, I want to enumerate all hotfixes, or interim updates for framework 2.0
that are installed on a particular computer.

I do not want to rely on the blah blah blah of the user.

I would be tempted to hit the registry and look at the files installed.

For major versions it is easy enough to check version number on some files.

I wish I had a more straightforward answer, but there are cases where hte
update puts the same "version" on the server.
