Hello All,
i have several setup projects with the same problems.
All these msi are installed successfully and on many machines,
but for some reason there are a few xp machines that when i run these
msi on them the installation finishes successfully,
but after installation when i double click the application shortcut i
get the following error message:
the installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this
package. this may indicate a problem with this package. the error code
is 2908.
running the application executable directly from windows explorer
works great.
help please!
