for the next 60 years?

Why is it that Canada Post has been profitable since the late 1990's
while the USA's sucks from the public teat?

Why is it that the Canadian Mint has been a lucrative profit center
since the 1980s while the USA's has sucked the taxpayer?

Oh! I get it. Americans aren't good at governance.

I suppose that's why government isn't trusted.

And in Canada you can go to jail for denying history. Although it is
just one particular historical occurrence that it is illegal to deny

Actually, all civilized countries have agreements to avoid double
taxation and to deal with Social Security. Take for instance,
Venezuela and Italy. Lots of Italians spent their working years in the
tropical country, when their retire they get SS payments in Italy, and
viceversa.

and force people and private enterprise.

If you had ever been out of the Missouri woods (even to St. Louis),
you would understand those issues.

Elliot, you have every reason to be proud of Canada, but what you
wrote above is completely false. The US Postal Service does not take a
red penny from the government. What they do periodically is ask
permission from Congress, to increase the price of stamps. That worked
quite well until now, due to the Internet. They will simply have to
downsize, as painful as it is. What I get is some 90% junk mail
anyway.

Have you heard of RETALIATION and PUNITIVE tariffs in international
trade? Mexico alone almost bankrupted the apple growers in the state
of Washington (during the truck fiasco).
