I have a basic question on how to install (or enable) .Net 3.0 on Vista. I am
assuming that only way is to use EnableDotNet3.exe. Right? I couldn't find
any hint on the usage of EnableDotNet3.exe neither on MSDN nor in Google:
1. Can I include EnableDotNet3.exe in my own installers without licensing
issues?
2. What are the possible error return codes of EnableDotNet3.exe, so I could
try to handle them in our installers
