This does not seem to work for remoting to a remote server hosted by IIS.
One of our clients uses a proxy and it's blocking traffic (407 Proxy
Authentication exception.) to and from our remote server which is hosted by
IIS on a machine off site, off the LAN.
If I disable 'use a proxy server for...' in the client machine's IE, all
works well. Once I add a bypasslist element to our app.config file and I
enable 'use proxy server for...' I get a 407 Proxy Authentication exception.
