FYI--Hanging .NET v1.0.3705.288 Web Service

For anyone banging their head out there on this exception from their .NET
v1.0.3705.288 web service on IIS 5 and Windows 2000:

[WebException: The operation has timed-out.]

The fix for me was to shut down the United Devices agent while developing.
